Financial benefits
Beyond base salary, Málaga Center contracts include a benefits amount calculated from your IC / M level as a percentage of basic salary, capped at €16,000/year. The percentages are fixed by the Málaga Center policy:

The authoritative source for every Málaga benefit (health and life insurance, meal vouchers, stock/equity, parental-leave top-ups, wellness, training and volunteering days) is the Oracle Spain Policies SharePoint. Where the convenio sets a higher minimum, the convenio prevails.
Language reimbursement (English / Spanish)
Málaga employees can be reimbursed up to €600 per academic year (1 Oct → 30 Sep) for English or Spanish courses with the provider of their choice — one language per year. Unused budget rolls over to the next year, capped at a combined €1,200.
Reimbursement never exceeds 100% of what you actually paid.
Only course fees — books, materials, audio devices etc. are not covered.
Pro-rated for hires / terminations mid-year.
If you leave Oracle, the accumulated allowance is forfeited.
How to claim
Get a legal invoice from a school (issued to Oracle Ibérica / Oracle Global Services Spain / Oracle Sovereign Cloud Spain) or from an individual teacher (in your own name).
In Employee Self-Service → Expenses, create a new report with type Training/Education.
Attach the invoice and the approval email, then submit.
TOEIC bonus (English only) — up to €1,400 extra
Take an official TOEIC test in June. If your score the following June improves by the target points for your level, you can claim an additional reimbursement up to €1,400. Bills covering June–September must be approved before the end of the current academic year.

If you fall short, you get a proportional refund (e.g. 88% of target → 88% of €1,400).
