Oracle has run several Reduction-In-Force / ERE programs in Spain that affected Málaga Center employees. We've documented the negotiated conditions of each so they can serve as reference for future negotiations. Each program follows the same skeleton — 50 days per year × daily salary, with bracket bonuses — plus program-specific fixed extras.

How to read this: the base severance is 50 days/year of service × your daily salary (with bonuses applied by bracket), subject to a €20,000 minimum. The fixed extras are added on top. Caps limit the maximum payable. The exact bracket bonuses and the full calculation for each program are built into the Insights tool.
